Client Registration & Coaching Disclaimer

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personalized health analysis and initial assessment forms. These must be completed prior to scheduling your first coaching session. Once the assessment is received and reviewed, we will arrange a mutually convenient time for your initial health coaching session—either in person or via Zoom—as well as your weekly follow-up calls, which will be scheduled at fixed times.

Please note the following important policies:

  • Session Commitment: You are entitled to one opportunity to pause (freeze) your follow-up sessions and resume them later. Beyond this, your reserved weeks will continue as scheduled.

  • No-Show Policy: Any missed sessions without prior notice will count against your reserved weeks. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, as each client takes a dedicated time slot, and missed sessions impact others waiting for availability.

  • Limited Client Capacity: I work with a limited number of clients to ensure the highest quality of care. When you book your spot, you are taking a position that could have been offered to someone else.

  • Refund Policy: In the case of cancellation, the first coaching session will be charged separately. The remaining sessions will be partially refunded based on the unused weeks of your subscription.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Your commitment allows me to give you—and all my clients—the focused, dedicated care you deserve.

Client Conduct & Termination Policy
I reserve the right to terminate any client relationship at any point due to behavioral issues, repeated miscommunication, disrespectful conduct, or failure to follow the coaching process. This is to ensure a safe, professional, and productive environment for all clients. In such cases, a refund will be assessed based on the remaining unused sessions, in accordance with the refund policy.
